I stayed here for 7-8 days during my time in Dubai. The rooms are a great value for money, clean, premium and even the standard room comes with a bathtub. The facilities are great. But the reason why I booked this hotel was the gym, that's quite basic, and the swimming pool but the timings are quite odd (closes at 6pm), I could only use the gym once as it would close by the time I returned from work. But it's a km of walk to the nearest metro station and if you're okay with it, Omega is a good choice.
Extremely disappointing and traumatic experience. I would never recommend this hotel, especially to women travellers. Instead of providing hospitality, the staff made us feel harassed, humiliated, and completely unwelcome. We were treated in a very rude and unprofessional manner. The way the staff behaved was unacceptable and caused us significant mental stress. We had to leave and arrange another hotel at the last minute, wasting our time, money, and ruining our trip. A hotel should make guests feel safe and respected, but this place did the exact opposite. Even after raising the issue, there was no accountability or sincere effort from the hotel to compensate for what happened. If you value your safety, dignity, and peace of mind, please think twice before booking this hotel. My experience was extremely distressing, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what we did. Don’t expect any support from the management. The owners refused to acknowledge our concerns and stood by their staff instead of taking responsibility or resolving the situation
This is one of the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life till now. Worst customer service, staff does not know how to talk. Room is disgusting and smelly like hell. Food is so bad in taste. I just wonder how they claim 4 star this is not even 1 star. We asked for a plate in the room and they said it’s chargeable. I mean seriously, staff is so rude and not at all empathetic. I will never recommend this dirty hotel to any one. Please do not book this hotel the service is third class or may be more worse.
The hotel itself is good, but unfortunately the staff's attitude was very disappointing. Despite the cemetery located next to the hotel, it felt as though the staff had also lost their sense of hospitality. There was no warmth, welcoming nature, or even basic courtesy. There have one boy at reception he have to Mcuh ego i don’t know why when you one duty you ego one side anyway he tell me you give me 100ade then I ll allow you I give as I m think maybe he ll take it deposit after return key he ll give me return But after he didn’t return me I didn’t why Aur I m stay only few hours then I m return there too mcuh disturbing omg 😳 I humble request everyone you book omega hotel it’s batter if you have aa lotof money you give poor guys he ll give you god bless Good customer service and a friendly attitude are important parts of any hotel experience. Because of the rude behavior of the staff, especially at reception, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
